Audiotex module is an automated access to information via the telephone. The system can be easily configured to provide audiotex service that can be used to create information to the member such as:

1. Membership application procedures
2. Membership benefits
3. Product information, product special promotions
4. Meeting schedules or any information you may want to automated for your member

Interactive Voice Response Module

Interactive Voice Response module allow your member access to information resides on local or remote database when he calls into the system. His telephone set becomes a computer terminal and he may retrieve or update information from/to a database. To access this, he must first key in his member ID (or PIN) to check his accumulated group, personal BV/PV balance ,etc. He may also place his products order through the phone.

With Voice Messaging, the group leader/supervisor may deposit his messages, group meeting schedules into all his related group members' voice mailboxes concurrently for the members to retrieve later or the members may also deposit a message for their leader/supervisor.

Fax On Demand Module

Fax On Demand module provides automated access to printed information via the facsimile. It also provides the member with the latest printed information at anytime and from anywhere. This may allow new-to-be and current member to know about the company, its promotions and to get membership application form as well as statement of account via the facsimile.

Reporting Module

You can have the option to print daily / weekly / monthly report for all call activities:-

3. Total abandon calls
